Packaging & Colours

• Packaging: Supplied in complete sets of 20.28 kg consisting of:

  • Part A: 2.52 kg

  • Part B: 2.86 kg

  • Part C: 14.4 kg

  • Part D (pigment): 0.50 kg

• Available Colours: Red, Yellow, Green, Orange, Grey, Cream, Blue, and Green/Brown.

• Shelf Life: 9 months (stored between +5°C and +30°C, away from direct sunlight).

Application Guidelines

Substrate Preparation

• Concrete substrate must have a compressive strength ≥ 25 N/mm² and tensile strength ≥ 1.5 N/mm².

• Surface should be prepared by shot blasting, grinding, or sandblasting to remove contaminants and weak material.

• All cracks and holes must be repaired with suitable Sika systems.

• Ensure substrate moisture < 8% (tested by Sika® Tramex or CM method).

Mixing

• Mix Part D (pigment) into Part A, stir, then add Part B. Slowly add Part C while mixing.

• Mix thoroughly for at least 2 minutes using a low-speed stirrer (400–600 rpm).

• Scrape container sides to ensure homogeneity.

Application

• Primer: Apply Sika Ucrete MF primer evenly with a trowel or squeegee.

• Topcoat: Apply mixed material to desired thickness (3–5 mm) using a trowel, followed by de-aeration with a roller.

• Ensure proper manpower for large areas to maintain wet edges and colour consistency.

Consumption

• Primer (~1 mm): ~2.0 kg/m²

• Topcoat (3–5 mm): 6.0–10.0 kg/m²
