Technical Data

Curing Time (at 20°C)

• Gel Time: 6 minutes

• Curing Time (Dry Conditions): 45 minutes

• In damp or wet conditions, curing time may approximately double.

• Optimal cartridge temperature: +15°C to +30°C.

For lower temperatures (-20°C to +15°C), use Fosroc Lokfix E55L, a low-temperature variant (without seismic/fire rating).

Design & Installation Guidance

Drilling & Hole Preparation

1. Drill the hole to the required diameter and depth using a percussion drill.

2. Clean thoroughly using a wire brush and compressed air (4x blow, 4x brush, 4x blow).

3. Ensure the hole is dry and dust-free before application.

Application Procedure

1. Attach the static mixer nozzle to the cartridge.

2. Insert into a standard 300ml gun.

3. Dispense until the resin color is uniform (discard initial material).

4. Fill the hole from the back, avoiding air gaps (approx. ¾ full).

5. Insert the fixing bar or rod slowly using a twisting motion.

6. Allow full curing time before loading.

Note:
Do not over-torque bolts. Follow the recommended torque limits provided in design tables for uncracked concrete. For re-use, remove the used mixer and re-cap the cartridge.
