Sikadur 32 IN is a solvent-free, two component bonding agent, based on selected epoxy resins.

Sikadur 32 IN is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin bonding agent designed for structural applications. It provides a bond stronger than the tensile strength of concrete itself, making it ideal for bonding new concrete to existing concrete, mortar, and metals such as steel and iron.
Solvent-Free: Safe for indoor use and environmentally friendly.
Moisture Tolerant: Effective even on damp surfaces.
Low Temperature Workability: Suitable for use in cooler climates.
High Bond Strength: Ensures durable and reliable adhesion.
Shrinkage-Free Curing: Maintains bond integrity during curing.
Chemical Base: Epoxy resin.
Density (mixed): 1.55 ± 0.05 kg/L at +27°C.
Shelf Life: 12 months from production date when stored in original, unopened packaging at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Storage Conditions: Store in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight.
Compressive Strength: ≥15 N/mm² after 1 day; ≥40 N/mm² after 7 days at +30°C.
Tensile Strength in Flexure: ≥30 N/mm² after 10 days at +30°C (EN 196).
Tensile Strength: ≥18 N/mm² after 14 days at +30°C (ISO 527).
Tensile Adhesion Strength: ≥10 N/mm² on dry concrete after 14 days at +30°C (ASTM C882).
Shrinkage: Hardens without shrinkage.
Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 2 : 1 by weight.
Pot Life: Approximately 55 minutes at +27°C (100 g mass).
Open Time: Approximately 55 minutes at +30°C (100 g mass).
Consumption: 0.3 - 0.8 kg/m², depending on substrate condition.
Concrete and Mortar: Must be at least 28 days old, clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as oils, grease, and laitance.
Steel: Should be cleaned to a standard similar to Sa 2.5 to remove rust and scale.
Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly for at least 3 minutes using a slow-speed electric drill (max. 600 rpm) until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
After initial mixing, transfer the mixture to a clean container and stir again for about 1 minute to minimize air entrapment.
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Sika Colma Cleaner. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Available in 3 kg pre-batched units (Part A: 2 kg, Part B: 1 kg).
