Application Details:

Substrate PreparationSurface must be clean, free of loose material, grease, and dust. Saturate with water before application (leave no standing water).
Mixing InstructionsAdd water to powder gradually and mix by hand until a putty-like consistency is achieved. Mix only enough to apply within 30–45 seconds.
Application MethodPress mortar into the leak by hand or trowel. Hold firmly in place for 30–60 seconds until it sets. Wear gloves.
CuringNo special curing required. Avoid exposure to freezing conditions during the initial setting period.
  • Mould the mortar by gloved hand for a few seconds into a plug.
  • Apply immediately into the prepared void pressing firmly until the mortar has set.
  • Remove excess material from the substrate by scraping it away with a spatula or trowel after the sealing is complete.
  • In case part of putty is washed away due to water pressure, repeat the application till leakage stops fully.
  • In case of excessive water pressure, drill holes around main leakage point to reduce water pressure and attack main leakage point first and subsequently
