Mixing Instructions

• Unscrew and remove cartridge cap.

• Attach the static mixer nozzle.

• Load into a standard application gun.

• Discard initial portion until a uniform color is achieved.

• For resuming interrupted work, replace nozzle if resin has cured inside.

Mix Ratio: A:B = 3:1 by volume

Application Procedure

1. Drilling & Cleaning

• Drill hole to the required diameter and depth.
• Clean using oil-free compressed air (minimum 2x).
• Use a steel brush to scrub (minimum 2x).
• Repeat air and brush cleaning for best adhesion.

2. Injection

• Inject adhesive from the bottom of the hole upward using static mixer.
• Insert the threaded rod or rebar with a rotary motion within open time.
• Ensure excess adhesive flows out to confirm full embedment.

3. Curing Time (Tcur) Based on Temperature

 Do not move or load anchors during curing period.

Cleaning Tools

Use Sika® Colma Cleaner immediately after use. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.

Important Notes & Limitations

• Always test bonding on natural stone before full application to check for staining or discoloration.

• Not suitable for anchoring in water-filled holes.

• For hollow block substrates, use Sika AnchorFix®-1.

• Environmental and structural variables may affect final performance. Always consult with Sika technical services for project-specific recommendations.
