Surface Preparation

1. Clean the surface thoroughly, removing dust, dirt, rust, grease, and loose particles.

2. For metal surfaces, ensure rust and scale are removed by wire brushing or sandblasting.

3. Ensure the substrate is dry or slightly damp (no standing water).

4. Stir the primer well before application.

Application Method

• Brush or Roller: Apply evenly across the surface.

• Airless Spray: Recommended for large surface areas for uniform coverage.

• Consumption Rate: 0.25 – 0.35 kg/m² (depending on surface porosity).

• Drying Time: 2–4 hours under normal conditions before applying waterproofing membranes or coatings.
