Installation Instructions

1. Drill: Use hammer or diamond drill bit to achieve specified diameter and depth.

2. Clean: Clean the hole thoroughly using brush-blow-brush-blow method.

3. Inject: Dispense HIT-RE 500 V3 using the proper dispenser and static mixer nozzle. Discard first 3–4 inches of mixed resin.

4. Insert Anchor: Slowly insert rebar/threaded rod while rotating for even distribution.

5. Cure: Allow to cure as per temperature conditions (refer to curing time chart).

6. Inspect & Load: Once cured, anchor is ready to bear full design loads.

Design Considerations

• Anchoring design in compliance with ACI 318, EN 1992-4, TR069.
