Surface Preparation:

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose particles.

  • Remove old coatings and loose materials before application.

  • Prime the substrate if necessary for highly porous surfaces.

Application Method:

The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and free of stains or grease. The primer coat typically requires 30 to60 minutes to dry, depending on the temperature; it inessential to allow the primer to dry completely before proceeding to the next step. Apply the first coat of texture skim coat and wait until itis approximately 70% dry before applying a second coat. At the 70% dry stage, lightly spray water to enhance the texture. Allow the skim coat to dry fully before applying the clear varnish topcoat.

  1. Stir the product well before use.

  2. Apply using a steel trowel or putty knife.

  3. Recommended thickness: 0.5–2 mm.

  4. Allow proper drying time before applying subsequent coats or finishes.

Application Cution:

Thoroughly stir the paint after opening the can. To avoid hardening, make sure to close the can during breaks between applications. Do not pour thinned paint back into the original container. In winter, extend the re-coating interval. To minimize surface erosion and reduce the precipitation of alkaline components, allow for a longer drying time for the wall surface. Avoid application when temperatures drop below 10°Cor humidity exceeds 85%. For the best results, use PC-Prime® DLS Skim primer during the application process.

  • Use protective gloves, eyewear, and clothing.

  • In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

  • Keep out of reach of children.
